Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (personal care, hygiene-sensitivity), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on open or used items. This ensures the safety and integrity of every product we ship.
We do, however, accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damage, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
